What is the best way to workout my thighs when i have runners knee? - runners knee more condition_symptoms
Ive tried for a few weeks' rest, but once I start working again on my knees begin to ache. I need to strengthen my legs and the sound of it. I drive on the exercise bike and do leg lifts.

You need to start a referral to physical therapy. He can learn to work properly without the knee further.
I have a thing, if I am wrong or my knee out of place and usualley happens when I make an ice pack and a hot knee brace!
