If you are in iTunes, look on the right side of the homepage, and look for help, then simply enter the code from there. it should be 3 or fcode features, something exclusive or not, and the film itself.
I do not understand what you mean, Lost code? You should have received the Twilight hard - but as you already have a legitimate copy of the film (or prove it) Legal dusk to download. Try this link!

That's what I did when my DVD is scratched. You can also see easily, instead of the download by clicking on "view with YouTube"
